Ceccato Christina & Grace Clark - Other (Co-Fundraisers)
What I did this week:
We tried to get in contact with the music venues, but did not have very much luck. No one has called back. Grace met with Dan Adams to discuss the 80's dance party. We placed the football concessions stand event on the members board, and made a sign up for people to..sign up. Tina contacted Christi, to find out about the read-a-thon. It was set up differently..more like a day activity. Tina got the CCI flyers approved and put them up in her dorm.

My plans for the future:
Contact the music venues again to try and get some dates set. Contact grocery stores to see if they would donate baked goods for a potential bake sale. Work on the 80's dance party some more. Attend the football game next weekend, and get members excited to come and help out.

Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
I'm not sure if we should set up a bowl-a-thon with kids, it seems like a lot of extra work. If no one wants to have a members specific (i.e. we get donations) bowl-a-thon, then I say scratch the idea. Talk about setting up a bake sale, but only if we can get some cakes donated from a local grocery store.

Points of Pride:
Hanging with family over the weekend, Tina seeing her family's new house in Peoria, U of A almost beating Utah!

Fundraising meetings: 4-5 PM Thursdays with Grace and 3-4 PM Tuesdays with Tina
