What I did this week:
-Tried to have a day activity
-Cancelled said day activity -Camp -Softball intramural

-Day activity in two weeks, and one for on campus camp

-No sleep on camp
-Frustrating camper -Pulling two all nighters last week -Tough talks
High's:
-Getting a midterm bumped back
-A beautiful hike -A wonderful camp!!!!
Katie Paulson - Camps Coordinator
What I did this week:
ACII: called parents, shopped, packed, packed IO bag; picked up donations; drove to camp, cooked, unpacked; BCIV: reviewed menu, schedule; confirmed reservation for Bear Down; non-camp related: played intramural frisbee; reviewed senior sendoff email from Casey (schedule looked good!); contacted Jason re: golf tourney packages; uploaded photos to CW website
My plans for the future:
reflections for ACII; BCIV: follow up on Bear Down questions with Mike Honeycutt; continue organizing pics for slideshow; post reflections for BCIII and ACII; purge some stuff from storage
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
I won't be here next Sunday!
Post events on website I'm growing nostalgic-- you guys are all amazing! Thanks for all of the hard work you put into everything in CW :) Auction items in storage

no gym, no time, jealousy and trying to repair the important relationship I damaged

an amazing camp directed by two WONDERFUL women!; 5 days until Seattle; "dildo" unity items; sharing loads of prunes; one of the best camps and what a way to finish my last official camping trip of my CW career
Ashlee Jones and Andrew Leonard - Fundraising
What I did this week:
• Sold 5 more foursomes for the GT!!!! (two of these are from Kevin...the UA golf team is out of town during the GT, so Grace is looking into high school teams to participate in the GT...thanks Grace!)
• Went on an appointment with Jody from URS (engineering firm in Tucson) about the GT. They showed serious interest in buying a foursome! • Organized the GT folder; got supplies to keep track of entry forms • Checked every freakin day for more GT brochures....they were finally mailed on Friday!
My plans for the future:
• Go on Casey’s appointment with Michael Gravitt from the Fine Arts Dpt.
• Meet with auction directors to see what they need help with • Sell more GT packages • Pick up the brochures!

• Getting really sick and missing school and not getting half of what we needed done!

What I did this week:
alumni stuff such as emails and editing, senior send off stuff
My plans for the future:
help with auction, big camp 4, yearbook, senior send off, alumni news letter, help with gt (raffle tickets), alumni meeting
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
harley.... senior send off format, the alumni have finally responded and they are not mad, they just took a break, the scrapped the fundraising plan and they dont want to impose more work, and they have some new ideas, 6 of them will be at the auction and they are working on donations, they made flyers for other alumni, i can discuss this next week upon my return

What I did this week:
picked 3 schools, set up 2 kids meetings and attempted to put them on the website (Laura), menu, schedule, contacted UA departments. got an art student and film student to do rotations, put up applications, confirmed site, email rec for questions about Bear Down, emailed Japanese drumming group, emailed Mike about Josh Pastner
My plans for the future:
kids meetings, principal meeting, follow up with departments and structured free time guests, reserve ML auditorium, make a budget, design t-shirts, take applications to schools, start working on photo scavenger hunt, help donations directors get donations
