What I did this week:
asua bus stuff- not sure about the meeting- who could go tomorrow?
Met with some of you board dinner got grant info- grants/gov, UA foundation emailed Ward 6 council member about recognition applied to camp dropped of room reservation form for senior send off Ran to direct BCIV frisbee and poetry slam social
My plans for the future:
Invite people to the auction/ golf tournament- letters, probably can't do meetings
meet with tina to create a budget form for CW Make a skits document for skits leader/directors Close AZFCU account Camp

lunch with dan- vote for day/time
another dinner or something... Tonight's meeting- board member info. skits

What I did this week:
-CPR/FA training
-A couple board goal meetings -Board dinner -Met with Laura -Applied to camp

-Camp
-Get the new people fingerprinted

-It's shaping up to be a typical sleepless week before camp

-Slam poetry is really good stuff

What I did this week:
-Finalized Budget
-Wrote up event report -Applied for camp -Board dinner -Scheduled day activity for Tues.
My plans for the future:
-We're going back to the Brewster Center (to give them one more shot) on Tues. Meet at the flagpole at 4:15.

What I did this week:
ACII stuff; parents meeting; put Rolodex in office; met with Laura re goals for camps co; Big Camp IV planning; intramural; board funnesse; started working on senior sendoff slideshow; poetry slam social; emailed BCIII directors to do ER/final budget
My plans for the future:
ACII-- shopping/packing/food bank Thursday morning; go on camp; work on BCIV stuff-- contacting depts, guest speakers, applications, etc; hold a "how to direct Grand Canyon" workshop (April 15th); get people HOV certified
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
When are GC elections?
How many slideshows: auction? senior send off? 3 hours for senior send-off??

Wakefield administration, not getting enough done, no motivation

Grace Clark - Campus Relations
What I did this week:
Went to Poetry Slam Social, went to kids meeting, went to board funnesse, played Volleyball, Frisbee and Softball(?), wrote weekly email, tabled on the mall.
My plans for the future:
Table on the Mall Friday and Thursday. COSMIC ENLIGHTENMENT CAMP.
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
Suggestion for next year (possibly premature): don't have 3 intramurals on Sunday.
Ideas for who should get Charlie:
Ryan- did he table with you Tina? Got an autographed basketball for the auction.
Low's:
Itchy swollen foot. School projects. Movie scenes of sexual harassment for the intended purpose of entertaining predominently male target audiences. Boo Hollywood Cauvinism. Missing the best part of 2 parties :-(
High's:
Male friends who hate scenes of sexual harassment. Throwing parties for friends. Chocolate fondu. Friends being 21 so we can go to the bars. Having more alcohol the morning after your party than before it started.

triple sick, stressful week ahead, not going on camp (I feel so so so bad)
