it's THANKSGIVING week! spending the next few days with the ones I love; my car not being broken and storage at 10pm on a Wednesday
Turky (Ashlee and Andrew) - Fundraising
What I did this week:
• Made many phone calls and desperate calls for people to cover the BB concessions game on Wednesday.
• Worked the concessions game earlier today • Spoke with Hidi from Nova home loans • Set up a “task force” of CW Board contacts for the golf tournament • Made a list of businesses to hit up for amazingly cool raffle prizes
My plans for the future:
• Set up a committee for the golf tournament
• Start working on raffle prize donations • Benefit concert • Find people for BB concessions • Work football concessions
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
• Andrew and I are going to have a really hard time covering the week day BB concessions games, so a big thanks to everyone who worked concessions on Wednesday, four out of the five people were boardies! Also a BIG thank you to everyone’s help on homecoming weekend
• I know its been said but Andrew and I missed last weekend; we just wanted to commend Casey one more time for her AMAZING job with FCW. The dinner was beautiful. • How many people do we have for concessions this weekend? • 1) Date for the golf tournament: Saturday May 26th, shot gun start of 7:30 am. If you are going to have a conflict that day...let us know as soon as possible 2) raffle tickets and brochures will be printed in January; giving us five months to sell packages. We as a club are responsible for selling 10 golf foursomes, for the price of $500.00. I hope to sell more than that. 3) Perspective of golf tournament. We want your ideas and your help. We will Set up a committee. 4) sign up sheet to delegate who will get specific raffle items donated.

comparably the worst week of my life....loosing a friend and putting the most important things in my life second just to deal with it all

realizing that no amount of miscommunication, hurt feelings, or gossip on the CW board will ever really matter in the long run....because it’s the people and the friendships that I’ll remember when I look back.

Filled out candidate info, met w/ katie, talked w/Missy, met with Garett and Laura, set up office hrs, faxed off donation list to Albertson's.

continue to call other places for donation, come up with new ideas for donations
