What I did this week:
kids meeting for ACI; applied/interviewed for ACI; worked with Casey/Astrid; worked with Joelle on finalizing 40th Reunion plans; taped/painted office; turned in ASUA paperwork; problem solved with Anca; website work (Event Director pages); attended movie social; sign-up sheet fun; found out about Spring Fling
My plans for the future:
make 40th renion boards; sent out board evaluations; ASUA meeting; counselor training; lunch with Dan on Wed; meet with Charles Tatum; find out update on letters;figure out what's going on with Sunburst magazine; work on benefit concert promotion with Wildcat (i've got an in)
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
Tina/Astrid: I NEED those bank papers tonight so I can take care of it.
E-mail communication? Auction Board evaulations Committees tonight/ BCII nominations/S.F. elections

What I did this week:
started camper database so all previous camp directors please give me stuff, initial funding at Fast Copy; ACII hopefully on campus;

What I did this week:
Called ASBD and left another message, Brewster Center (wow that feels like a long time ago) ... I didn't too much this week :( it was kind of a crazy school week.
My plans for the future:
Call Casa de los Ninos, write homecoming permission slip letter

What I did this week:
called baptist camp, whispering pines, pena blanca, and double v; booked double v for big camp II, kind of booked pena blanca for big camp III, and played phone tag with baptist camp for big camp IV.
bought PVC pipe to fix the cooler met with astrid and casey about adventure camp started making list of campsites for website and binder
My plans for the future:
spend some quality time with storage
finalize plans for all campsites continue campsite list and post it online continue with adventure camp plans

What I did this week:
searched for a venue for the Halloween party- no luck. Party is off. Sad.
Made $444 dollars at concessions. Sweet!
My plans for the future:
Sell chocolate at Wlmart.
Plan Pancake night, to maybe coincide with movie on the mall where people by "gourmet" hot chocolate and popcorn. We thought we could rent oursleeping bags for people to keep warm in. Think Sleepover, only Camping Style.

What I did this week:
I hosted a movie session and discussion- so fun! I talked with Bailey the screen printer and picked up the sweatshirts, went to the kids meeting for adventure camp, talked to Katie about committee meetings and board evaluations, picked up flyers for concert
My plans for the future:
distribute flyers with my street team! get posters printed out also... pay for auction stuff, work on more sponsors for the show, make schedule for the day of the event so everything runs smoothly and get set-up and clean-up volunteers. Call Tucson Weekly about the show.

Does any body know of a child we took on camp that is now at the Uof A. Yeah i didn't eigther.

got our mall reservation approved, finalized numbers for catering, created schedule for Saturday Mall event, created preliminary budget, appointed Megan Shuey as HC director and emailed her important info

attend reunion, help Megan out with HC

Emailed people who owe for Auction. Did some maths first. Made a list of who needs to pay for CCI.

What I did this week:
We met the kids of Hohokam school, after a very adventurous drive out there. Handed out applications. Made a menu and schedule and budget. Held some interviews. Met Alison. Made catchy poster and motto.
My plans for the future:
Go to counselour training session. Parents meeting. More interviews. Work on donations.
