-Worked ASU and UNC concessions -Sent out Golf Tourney info -Drove around seeking auction donations -Planned day activity with Casa for this Tuesday (2:30-4:00)

• Helped to organize the donation run for Friday
• Went to meeting with Auction directors • Donation solicitation at Tanque Verde and Grant • Responded to many board e-mails • Organized Susana from Catalina Mart to come to the meeting • Applied to Camp • Made concessions awards
My plans for the future:
• Meeting with Heidi this Thursday
• Business call backs for GT • Finalize donation list for GT • Go on camp! ... possibly and dependent on Bball sign up • Help organize final auction donation runs

What I did this week:
Tabled on the Mall, wrote Weekly Email, design a new visibility poster, entered new emails onto Listserv, made appointment to recruit in EDU class, went to Saturday concessions, solicited Auction items with Debbie
My plans for the future:
Softball Intramurals, Post visibility flyers, table on the Mall, recruit in EDU classes, recruit at Hispanic Scholars meeting, contact DW about doing story about BC3 and Auction.
