-Called Angel Children's Center
-Called UMC volunteer services -Board Retreat -Set office hours (1-2 on Tues)

-Hear from Casa within the next couple of days, or else just plan one with ACC for end of Jan.

What I did this week:
washed pots/pans/CW kitchen stuff; washed 16 sleeping bags; worked on securing campsite; CTC stuff
My plans for the future:
wash 20 more sleeping bags; clean/organize storage; food bank; CTC prep; pick site for BC III; board retreat; board auction item; office hour-- Wed at 11am

A super relaxing break, snowboarding, playing pool, love, good friends, dancing in underwear, the "50 things" list; Vo and Adria for helping out, 496B is over and this is the last semester;

What I did this week:
board retreat; attended planetarium social; washed sleeping bags; working out insurance problems with Double V; CTC stuff; followed up FOCW e-mail; recruited
My plans for the future:
follow-up with Double V; select site for BCIII; worked on Event Directors portion of website; CTC stuff; basketball concessions Saturday
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
Need to be reimbursed $27 for sleeping bags (previous week)
What's the bus/van situation for CTC? the contacts I asked people to send? only Grace and Casey did

Low's:
getting sick, being a business minor, and Vo using the last of the milk

Nogales and all of the adventures before and after; Ice Cats game; Laura and Garrett for putting on an excellent retreat; Vo, Casey, Laura and Grace for helping out with sleeping bags, and looking forward to Phoenix
Andrew Leonard and ashleeeeee Joner - Fundraising
What I did this week:
Had a meeting w/ the auction directors before the break and discussed all of the elements of the auction and the golf tournament; especially things concerning donations for both
Made golf info packets Spent one day going to every business in the La Encantada and St. Phillips Plaza Made a list of golf tournament businesses, donated items, and places for call backs Set up a meeting with Heidi from Nova Home Loans for feb. 1st; will discuss the raffle items that will be printed on the back of the tickets.
My plans for the future:
Get more donations for the golf tournament
Work with the auction directors Concessions Meeting with Nova Home Loans
Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
We have until Jan. 31st to get the most donations as possible for the raffle
after that we will print the tickets w/ the top ten prizes on the back. Will continue to look for more donations.
Working really hard w/ the auction directors to ensure that both events are successful and do not overlap in donations. If anyone has concerns about this, feel free to talk to us on an individual basis. Tina and Debbie have been working their asses off for the auction and still making time to help us with the golf tournament. Big thanks and kudos to them!!! Also we are working on a special thanks for Nicole for running concession over the break for us!!! Benefit concert; no go.

Our next BB game is on Wed, Jan 24th! Come work concessions with other wacky C-Dub members, socialize while earning money to take children camping! Meet at 5:15 pm at the W. ramp of McKale Center. Bring your cat card, a t-shirt, long shorts/pants, closed toed shoes and a hat!!
